Can books be returned?
Only in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong books. Email us a photo of the damaged product, with the ISBN, within 48 hours, and we will get back promptly.
Can I cancel or change the order?
Yes, at any time before we ship your order. Send a mail with ‘Cancellation’ as the subject and quoting your order number
How long does it take for the order to be processed and shipped?
Processing starts as soon as you place the order, and books are shipped out in three working days. Bulk orders, however, may take a little more time.
Is it mandatory to create an account to place an order?
No, it’s not. You could also sign in as a Guest user.
Are there any other benefits of creating an account?

• You are updated on events, special offers and information on new releases through our newsletters and mailers
I’m having trouble making a payment on your website. What do I do?
Send a mail with a screenshot of the message displayed to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond promptly with solutions.
How do I know whether the payment through my credit/debit card has been successful?
Once your order is authorised by the bank, you will get a confirmation email with an order number.
What should I do if my payment is not successful?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Many variables affect delivery time – size of the order, shipping address, mode of delivery opted for, within dhaka or outside dhaka... The average shipping time will be mentioned when checking out.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping will be chagred for all orders.
